This Privacy Policy explains how Hydroseed.AI ("Hydroseed.AI," "Sprout," "we," "us"), operated by Turf Blasters Services, LLC as part of the 1-800-NEW-TURF / Turf Blaster Products ecosystem, handles information when you use this website and the Sprout assistant (the "Service").
1. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for names, payment details, or contact information to use Sprout. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
2. AI & service providers (subprocessors)
To make Sprout work, some information is shared with third-party providers who process it on our behalf:
- AI language providers (e.g., Anthropic and/or OpenAI) — your chat text is sent to generate Sprout's responses.
- Voice provider (ElevenLabs) — text is sent to synthesize Sprout's spoken voice.
- Hosting/delivery (Netlify) — serves the site and processes basic request logs.
These providers have their own privacy and data-handling terms. We share only what's needed for the feature you're using.
3. How we use information
- To answer your questions and operate the chat and voice features.
- To keep the Service secure, reliable, and free of abuse (including rate-limiting by IP).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can improve it.
4. What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your chats to publicly identify you.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
5. Cookies & local storage
The Service uses browser local storage for basic functionality (like remembering that you've visited before). It does not require advertising cookies to function. You can clear this at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
6. Data retention
We aim to keep personal data no longer than needed for the purposes above. Operational logs (such as those used for security and rate-limiting) are kept for a limited period and then rotated or deleted. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies.
7. Your choices & rights
