These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hydroseed.AI and the Sprout assistant (the "Service"), operated by Turf Blasters Services, LLC as part of the 1-800-NEW-TURF / Turf Blaster Products ecosystem. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Hydroseed.AI is an educational AI assistant. Sprout shares general information about hydroseeding, erosion control, seed, slurry, slopes, and related topics to help you learn and plan. Responses are generated by AI and are provided for general informational purposes only.

Sprout does not provide guaranteed specifications, prices, performance figures, or professional agronomic, engineering, environmental, legal, or financial advice. For exact numbers, code/permit compliance, and site-specific work, consult a qualified local professional. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.

3. AI-generated content

Answers are produced by AI language models and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify anything important before relying on it. Your chats are processed by third-party AI and voice providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
