These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hydroseed.AI and the Sprout assistant (the "Service"), operated by Turf Blasters Services, LLC as part of the 1-800-NEW-TURF / Turf Blaster Products ecosystem. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Hydroseed.AI is an educational AI assistant. Sprout shares general information about hydroseeding, erosion control, seed, slurry, slopes, and related topics to help you learn and plan. Responses are generated by AI and are provided for general informational purposes only. The Service also lets you send us a project request — if you do, we and/or a contractor in our network may follow up with you about it, as described in section 4.

2. Not professional advice

Sprout does not provide guaranteed specifications, prices, performance figures, or professional agronomic, engineering, environmental, legal, or financial advice. For exact numbers, code/permit compliance, and site-specific work, consult a qualified local professional. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.

3. AI-generated content

Answers are produced by AI language models and may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify anything important before relying on it. Your chats are processed by third-party AI and voice providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Project requests and follow-up contact

A project request is a request to be contacted, not an order, a quote, or a booking. Nothing on this site reserves work, locks a price, or forms a contract. When you send one, you agree that we and/or the contractor or network participant handling your request may contact you by email, phone call, or text message about that specific request, and you confirm that the contact details you give us are yours to give. Standard message and data rates may apply. This is not consent to marketing — see our Privacy Policy for what we do with your information and how to ask us to stop or to delete your record. Any work you go on to arrange is a matter between you and the contractor who performs it; we are not a party to that agreement and do not guarantee their work, pricing, or availability.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits or security of the Service;
• Submit others' personal, confidential, or sensitive information without authorization;
• Misrepresent Sprout's output as professional certification or guaranteed results.

6. Intellectual property

Sprout, Mycel, the Hydroseed.AI name and branding, and the site's content and design are protected by applicable law and used by Turf Blasters Services, LLC under license within the 1-800-NEW-TURF / Turf Blaster Products ecosystem. You may use the Service for your own informational and business-planning purposes; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its branding without permission.

Turf Blaster®, Turf Blasters®, and “Kickin’ Some Serious Grass!”®, along with the Turf Blaster (products) and Turf Blasters (services) logos, are registered trademarks used under license in the United States and Canada. All other trademarks, service marks, and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners; any such mention is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement. If you believe content on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact service@1800newturf.com for prompt review.

7. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Features, plans, and connected tools may be added or changed as the platform grows.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turf Blasters Services, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

10. Text message (SMS) communications

If you text our support line (+1 605-368-3232) or give us your mobile number and agree to texts, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Turf Blasters Services LLC (operator of the 1-800-NEW-TURF service) about your inquiry — support, quotes, installer matching, and follow-up on requests you submit. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing; see our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
